* Products ordered Friday, Saturday, Sunday & holidays increase delivery times. Check your carrier’s tracking information for delivery details.
**Delivery times can vary based on the carrier used and other factors like traffic and weather.
***These estimates do not apply to wholesale Items which require more time to ship.

Some remote areas of Canada can only be serviced by air delivery. In these cases shipping is not available and extra shipping charges may apply. If extra shipping charges are required for your order we will contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If no response is provided within 48 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.

Return Policy

All 360 Hair products are backed by a satisfaction guarantee. We are pleased to refund your purchase and accommodate returns on any hair  extension products that has not been opened, worn or tampered with.

We will accept any return that remains unopened and has not been removed from the package. Please note, hair extensions are packaged with a special seal which identifies if the extensions have been taken out of the cardboard backing to which they are attached.

If you are not completely satisfied with your wig or topper purchase, then simply return the unopened product in within 7 days of the purchase date, and 360 Hair will refund your money or replace product (excluding shipping), with no questions asked.

Steps for returning product:

  1. Do not open product packaging
  2. Complete the enclosed ‘Return Form’, making sure you indicate the item(s) being returned, we would love to know why, but this is not mandatory.
  3. Pack the item in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage, and include the invoice/packing slip.
  4. If you lost your invoice/packing slip, we will gladly look up your purchase information with your account number. You may also use other proof purchase like the email confirmation that you received when placing your order. Or, the ‘order details’ related to your order on 360-Hair.com.
  5. Ship your item to: 360 Hair Inc. Unit #400 – 5954 200th St Langley BC, Canada V3A 1N3

A refund to your credit card will be processed within 7 business days.
