I’e been wearing extensions on and off for 15 years. I have been so disappointedin Abantu, Butterflies and other places in Burnaby at the quality of the hair they sell. I buy it, wash it a couple times and it matts, sheds like crazy and tangles. I always feel ripped off, especially after paying so much for so called top quality Bohyme hair. Anyhow 4 months ago I went to 360 Hair in Langley and purchased two packs of 22 inch Number 2 brown hair for a weave.It cost me $270 a pack. I had it sewn in by Jane at Empress hair in New West. She commented on how great the quality of this hair was.It never once tangled and it never lost its shine. Most importantly it hardly shed whatsoever!! I went back and purchased 2 more packs from 360 a couple months later. When I went to Jane at Empress she said I did not even need the new hair as the hair that was still in my head was in TOP condition!!! I have to write this review so that anyone needing hair knows that from my experience that 360 hair is true good quality and I recommend this place to anyone.The hair that they manufacture is 100% comparable to Bohyme hair.I am very impressed!! – Elizabeth C., West Side, Vancouver

I am a certified hair stylist and have had extentions in for 10 plus years , I heard about 360 hair , I originaly baught bohemian hair as I was told it was the best , I had hair weived through my hair and was beautiful for 5 days then continued to matt ,I was upset and went back into 360 hair and they kindly gave me an exchange for their hair product , I highly recommend their extention the color is vibrant and ive used the hair 2 times with no tangling – Kim Yazlovasky,Surrey

Amazing Amazing Customer service! Quality of hair is amazing, I have ordered several different types of extensions from all over and these have been my favourite so far. I ran into some issues with my order the first time and their customer service and willingness to do anything to make sure I was happy is the reason I have continued to order from them. I have had the best experience purchasing my remy weft hair extensions from 360 hair. The quality is amazing and I get non-stop compliments about how amazing the colour match is. No one believes me that I have sew-in hair extensions. I originally purchased because of a suggestion from my stylist and I have now repurchased twice. I love the quality of this hair and I have sent many of my friends to 360 hair and they have also had positive experiences!!– Cassie M., Langley,

I am 48 years old a had a very short bob cut when I went into 360 hair. I’ve wanted to grow my hair for years but could never get past that “in-between” stage. I went into 360 Hair about a month ago and was literally transformed by Jane using hair extensions. I’ve been told by everyone that I look 10 years younger. She chose a colour that matched my real (ok, we’ll call it that) colour perfectly. It took the better half of a day to do, but she worked at it until it met her standards, which are obviously very high. Afterwards, she gave me a beautiful cut. She used both wefts and nanos. The hair wasn’t glued or taped, but threaded onto my own hair with a tiny bead so it shouldn’t damage my hair when we take them out. It took a few wefts and 150 nanos to take me from short to longish hair. The first few nights were not a very comfortable sleep as I could feel every nano on my head, but after that, I didn’t notice them while sleeping. It has been a bit of learning curve going from short to long and trying to figure out how to work with my new hair every day, and it takes some time investment initially, but it’s getting easier. I find it looks best with long, loose curls, which is totally the style right now anyways! The other thing I am getting used to is not washing my hair every day, which is something I’ve been told not to do by other stylists for years, but never listened. Now I’m forced into it. I’ve found the ends stay healthier if I used Moroccan Oil on them every now and then after washing. I’ve popped back in a few times in the past month for some 5 minute maintenance, and they always have time for me. – Ann L., Langley

I buy all of my extensions here, their hair is top quality! I originally bought a set of tape in extensions here that I removed and re-installed over and over again for over a year and a half, the hair was still in great condition. The only reason I bought new extensions, from here again, of course, was because I wanted a change of color and longer extensions. Buying quality hair is so important if you want to be able to reuse it for a long time, I’ve bought cheaper(not by much) extensions at other stores and after a few washes, it felt like hay! Not here! Nobody even knows I have extensions, the hair is better condition than my own. Buying hair extensions is an investment and you will have yours for a very long time if you buy them at 360. *disclaimer* I only use professional salon products on my hair & extensions. – Brittany C.Burnaby

I have been buying hair extensions from Helena about 2 years now and I have yet to be disappointed! She is truly an amazing woman! She made my bestfriend a pro-bono wig when she lost all of her hair after a surgery to remove her brain tumour and that alone was a beautiful thing that warmed many peoples hearts! I can’t think of a more generous, kind hearted individual within the beauty industry! The hair is the finest quality I have come across and I have always received courteous and friendly service!! I would highly recommend the establishment to anyone who needs hair extensions or wig(s) for any purpose whether it be personal use or to adhere to your clients needs. I brought my mom to look for a wig as her cancer treatments were starting to thin her hair. They carried a selection of both synthetic and real hair. Helena was able to help recommend a wig that matched her natural colour. She then attended to her styling needs in a very cooperative and compassionate manner. My mom was very pleased and walked out of the store with confidence.
